The Problem with YouTube Super Chats and Memberships
YouTube takes a massive 30% cut of every Super Chat, Super Thanks, and Channel Membership you receive. On iOS in-app purchases, Apple takes another slice, leaving creators with less than half of their tips.
BuyMePizza gives YouTubers an independent, fee-free alternative. By placing your BuyMePizza link in video descriptions and pinned comments, 100% of fan support transfers directly into your crypto wallet.
How to Integrate BuyMePizza on YouTube
- Add your link to the first 3 lines of your video description (e.g. "🍕 Buy me a pizza: buymepizza.com/yourname")
- Pin a comment under your newest video thanking viewers and linking your tip jar
- Add your link to your YouTube "About" tab and channel banner social links
- Show your custom QR code on screen during live streams or video outros
